**Job Purpose**:
To identify, develop, and maintain new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and contribute to revenue growth through proactive sales and marketing activities, while effectively communicating in both [Language 1] and [Language 2].

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and pursue business opportunities through research, networking, exhibitions, and client visits to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Handle inquiries from freight forwarders, prepare accurate quotes, and convert them into confirmed orders.
- Maintain market awareness, monitor competitor activity, and adjust strategies to meet evolving customer needs.
- Coordinate with internal teams to meet customer requirements and resolve payment or account issues.
- Enhance brand awareness through targeted business development initiatives.
- Prepare and present sales performance reports to management.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support business growth and operational efficiency.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in business development, preferably within logistics, shipping, or freight forwarding.
- Bilingual proficiency in **[Arabic & English]** (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Strong networking, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Strong problem-solving and customer relationship management skills.
