**JOB DESCRIPTION**

Prepare periodical corporate performance, project & contracts cost and schedule reports to support management taking corporate decisions.

Develop, maintain, and implement JCDC reporting and communication framework (eg. PMO) that should target all JCDC organizations.

Ensure that all JCDC corporate level reports are prepared timely and accurately and meet Strategic Planning organization requirements, policies, and quality standards.

Developing corporate dashboards that visually track, analyze, and display key performance indicators (KPI), metrics and key data points to monitor the health of a business line, department, or specific process.

Gather and analyze projects and contracts data to identify its weaknesses and highlight any time-related or budgetary obstacles.

Involve in the activities of translation of the organizational strategy into Strategic Planning operational business plans and monitor the performance of execution to achieve JCD objectives.

Support the Corporate Performance Manager in analyzing JCD performance and ensuring that Strategic goals are properly executed towards achieving JCD objectives and goals.

Implementing daily operations of the Corporate Performance Department by analyzing JCDC objectives, identifying areas of improvement, conducting reports regarding strategies, and monitor the effectiveness of strategies.

Engage in preparing financial plans and budget for the Department and monitor actual expenditure against the approved budget so that the business is aware of anticipated costs/revenue and unsatisfactory performance areas are identified and rectified promptly.

Engage in the annual process pertaining to the preparation and approval of JCD performance metrics, including the setting and monitoring of organizational KPIs to ensure business continuity and achievement of the desired goals and objectives.

**QUALIFICATIONS**

Academic Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or any other related field, Master’s degree in Strategic Management, or any related field or MBA is preferred.

Minimum 8 years of relevant experience.

Proficient in English language is a must, Arabic language is preferred.

Any professional certification in related areas is an advantage (MS Excel, MS Power BI, P6, and KPI Professional)
