**Key Responsibilities**:
**Drafting and Reviewing Legal Documents**
- Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to ensure they meet company standards, mitigate risks, and comply with legal requirements.

**Contract Negotiations**
- Lead contract negotiations with external parties, ensuring terms that are in the company’s best interest and mitigate potential risks.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders throughout the process to achieve the best possible outcomes for the company.

**Legal Risk Management in Contracts**
- Identify potential risks in contracts, ensuring terms are clearly defined, and mitigating exposure to legal issues.
- Provide ongoing advice and support to the business in managing and enforcing contracts.

**Contract Compliance**
- Ensure that executed contracts are properly monitored and adhered to throughout their lifecycle.
- Provide recommendations for updating or improving contract templates, processes, and procedures to improve operational efficiency and reduce legal risks.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelors Degree in Law or any related field is required
- Experience in preparing legal reports
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Must be able to effectively multi-task, manage time-sensitive documents and have exceptional organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong oral and written communication skills both in English and in Arabic
- Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and research skills
