As the Senior Manager - Corporate Insurance, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of insurance coverage for our organization. This is a critical role that will play a key part in protecting our company's assets and minimizing risk.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain the corporate insurance program, including property, casualty, liability, and other relevant policies
- Collaborate with internal teams to assess insurance needs and develop comprehensive insurance strategies
- Conduct risk assessments and identify potential areas of exposure
- Negotiate and manage insurance contracts, ensuring appropriate coverage and competitive pricing
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes that may impact insurance requirements
- Oversee claims management process, working closely with insurance providers and legal teams
- Review and analyze insurance policies and coverage terms to ensure compliance and adequacy
- Develop and deliver training programs on risk management and insurance-related topics
- Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders on insurance matters

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in corporate insurance management or risk management
- Strong knowledge of insurance products and industry practices
- Proven experience in negotiating insurance contracts and managing claims
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Relevant certifications such as Associate in Risk Management (ARM) or Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) are highly desirable
- Proficient in risk management software and tools
