Bidding Manager

Master-Works is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Bidding Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the bidding process for various projects, ensuring that proposals are competitive, compliant, and submitted on time. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, technical, and project management to develop compelling bids that meet client requirements.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage the end-to-end bidding process for projects, including pre-bid preparation, proposal writing, and bid submission.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather necessary information and insights to develop winning proposals.
- Analyze tender documents and identify key requirements and evaluation criteria.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform bidding strategies.
- Evaluate and price bids, ensuring alignment with company objectives and profitability targets.
- Prepare and present bid documents that adhere to regulatory and client specifications.
- Coordinate the involvement of technical teams to integrate their expertise into proposals.
- Maintain an organized library of proposal templates, past bids, and supporting documents.
- Monitor and report on bidding success rates, identifying areas for improvement in future submissions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in bidding and project execution.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in a bidding or proposal management role, preferably in the construction or engineering industry.
- Strong understanding of the bidding process and contract management.
- Exceptional writing and communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and proposal management software.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate pricing and competitive positioning.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and thrive under pressure.
