**MAIN PURPOSE**

We are looking for an ambitious Fresh graduate in HR, Business Administration, or English to handle the administrative and operational aspects of the Talent Acquisition function and provide support in the department’s functional areas to enhance the skills they developed through their academic studies. The areas include full-cycle recruitment such as, but not limited to, digital sourcing, phone-screening, interviews, as well as creating/updating trackers for KSA Recruitment in order to gain valuable first-hand experience, ongoing training, and career growth.

The 6-months designed program will empower the intern to learn how to become a successful HR with a well-organized training plan to explore different areas of HR Operations & Admin functions.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

- **Digital Video Interviews and Face-to-Face Interviews**
- **Support Talent Acquisition Partner and the team in developing/maintaining a KSA pipeline**
