Maintenance Quality Senior Specialist

Implementing quality assurance activities in all maintenance transactions to ensure compliance with maintenance strategies, policies, quality standard and procedures and evaluate current processes and spotting processes gaps and propose new processes and practices to ensure governance and budget control and is accountable for spare parts’ SOH accuracy, utilization and consumption.
Also, he is accountable in leading all electricity optimization projects in our retail stores with the objective of cost optimization.

**Accountabilities**

**Leading Innovation and new stores handover**
- Align with network team for materials specifications, approved brands and installation guidelines for new stores and renovation projects then updating the SLA for this regularly and reflecting this in handover forms to ensure quality deliverables.
- Align with project owners for materials specifications, approved brands and installation guidelines for their implemented technologies and reflecting this in handover forms to ensure quality deliverables. Examples for such technologies include but not limited to care express devices, digital screens, in-body devices, flagship and clinics scent enhancement, Home delivery freezers, Aman project tools. etc.
- Be a part of purchasing committee in all projects to ensure compatibility and safety and the ability to provide support after launch.
- Lead the process of having maintenance contracts with accepted terms for Nahdi standard or insource training for all technologies, systems and devices in new stores projects, renovation project and all other projects then creating new categories with reasonable SLA for them on ticketing system.
- Participate in the process of selecting air conditioning systems to be applied in stores and clinics, by conducting technical evaluation and engineering calculation to ensure the right and precise system will be implemented, and to avoid possible incidents during operation or after receiving of facility that might affect the company’s business or MNT expenses.

**Managing brand equity through close monitoring of signboards ‘replacement and maintenance.**
- Lead the process of updating installation guidelines and specification of materials used in signboards, Unipole and parking signage.
- Lead the process of selecting new signboard vendors, the process of approving their prototypes and the process of prices negotiation and contracting.
- Prepare and update all relevant sops that govern signboard installation and maintenance, close monitor of them and audit them in field.
- Evaluate purchase requests for signboards’ replacement to ensure adherence to design guidelines and to validate the cost per each signboard VS approved contract per supplier.
- Approve receiving of implemented signboards after validating adherence to design guidelines.

**Electricity optimization**
- Review electricity bills and consumption per store and make relevant analysis for outliers and generate recommendations and action plan.
- Conduct site survey for outlier stores in electricity consumption and generate technical report per store and recommendations per store.
- Formulate and execute comprehensive energy management strategies to optimize electricity consumption in pharmacies, considering local regulations and corporate sustainability goals.
- Research, recommend, and implement cutting-edge technologies and solutions that enhance energy efficiency in lighting, HVAC, and other electrical systems within pharmacies.

**Maintenance QA**
- Develop, implement, and ensure adherence to standardized maintenance procedures across all pharmacies to maintain consistent quality and compliance with industry standards.
- Conduct regular audits ,continuous improvement initiatives and inspections of maintenance activities to identify areas for improvement, ensure compliance with regulations, and uphold the highest standards of quality(e.g. executing preventive MNT as per the plan).
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of maintenance processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Evaluate the quality of new stores handover and provide reports and KPIs to relevant stakeholders and their managers with recommendations for corrective actions.
- Collaborate with procurement to assess and ensure the quality of services provided by external vendors and contractors engaged in maintenance activities within the pharmacies.

**Maintenance budget control**
- Implement and champion continuous improvement initiatives to enhance cost controls, identifying areas for savings without compromising on quality.
- Analyze recurrent MNT tickets per category and generate action plan for single cases and generate new processes and procedures for general cases.
- Auditing handling and archiving warranty documents and ensure that we don’t spend on any issue under warranty.
