This position works cross-functionally to support efforts to perform testing, assure performance of measuring devices and validate processes. Develop and implement quality assurance policies, conduct tests and inspections, product issues, and present solutions. to be able to help Nahdi maintaining the highest quality standards for better guest satisfaction.

**Accountabilities**
- Accountable for leadership, decision making, and oversight of the quality systems, including CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) systems. Works with and influences key stakeholders to develop and maintain QA procedures, forms, and systems.
- Maintain databases and record storage for QA systems. Process QA requests, ensuring owners are assigned, and timely responses are provided in alignment with quality goals. Lead meetings and communications for QA system information, concerns, and updates.
- Proficient as lead representative for presenting QA System to internal and external auditors. Investigate and resolve system nonconformance and concerns (defined during internal and external audits). As appropriate, leads in the completion of risk assessment, as related to QA systems.
- Identify root causes and investigate permanent corrective actions for product quality issues while working with internal and external stakeholders to resolve the issues that arise as quickly and efficiently as possible to prevent compromising quality and safety standards.
- Set detailed guidelines on what needs to be checked and what the quality standards are.
- Determine quality metrics for all distribution procedures
- Identify the root of technical issues and recommend fixes
- Manage the Supplier Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Promote the use of customer preferred techniques for continuous improvement such as Six-Sigma, Poka-Yoke (Error Proofing), and Measurement System Analysis
- Participate in strategic planning and assessment of SKUs Conformity.
- Tests and use special equipment to ensure package and product quality.
- Operate all warehousing equipment efficiently and gather data used to improve processes, investigate failures, resolve customer complaints, and field service technical problems.
- Respond to reports and statistics required by internal and external stockholders.
- Develop accurate and illustrative scope of works for 3rd parties for smooth corrections.
- Manage a team of quality inspectors ’ performance & disciplines.
- Develop and implement new methods to cope with the increasing volume of Private label quality.

Employee’s duties are not limited only to the above-mentioned Accountabilities; he/she may perform other duties as assigned.

**Work Environment**
- Indoors : 90%
- Outdoors : 10%
- Working Days : 5 Working Days
- Days off : 2 Days Off
- Working Hours : 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

**Job Requirement**

**Education
- **Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering**:

- **Certificate in quality assurance is a plus
**Experience
- **4 Years of Experience in industrial fields or quality assurance.
**Computer Skills
- **MS Office Suite**:

- **Awareness of the ERP System
**Languages
- **English**:
