**What You’ll Do**:

- ** Collaborative Recruitment**: Work closely with our TA team to support recruitment efforts across multiple locations, ensuring the implementation of best hiring practices and sourcing techniques.
- ** Utilize Recruitment Systems**: Effectively use recruitment systems, adhering to key standards, documenting actions, recommending improvements, and ensuring accurate data for reporting purposes.
- ** Support People Team Initiatives**: Actively contribute to additional People Team initiatives as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to Kitopi’s overall success.

**What Are We Looking For?**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using recruitment systems and tools.
- Innovative mindset with a passion for optimizing processes.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and contribute to a positive team culture.
