**Key Responsibilities: (IT Product Manager )**- Develop and maintain a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap for the solutions.
- Align product goals with organizational objectives and market trends.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive dynamics.

- Oversee end-to-end product development, from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
- Monitor product performance and iterate based on user feedback, data analysis, and market changes.- Ensure all solutions comply with applicable regulations under SAMA rules.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to fraud, cybersecurity, and operational reliability.- Analyze product performance using KPIs such as transaction success rates, user adoption, and revenue contribution.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Advocate for seamless and secure customer experiences in payment flows.- Address pain points and optimize payment processes to enhance user satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities: (IT Business analyst)**
- Act as the bridge between business and technical teams.
- Engage with clients and stakeholders to collect requirements through interviews, workshops, and surveys
- Document functional and non-functional requirements with clarity
- Translate complex needs into understandable requirements.
- Prioritize and analyze requirements based on business value and feasibility.
- Identify areas for improvement and conduct feasibility studies
- Work with technical teams to ensure alignment with design and architecture.
- Create and update BRDs, including use cases, process flows, and acceptance criteria.

**Requirements**:
- **Education**:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
- **Experience**:
- 5+ years of experience, with a focus on payment solutions, fintech, or related areas.
- Strong technical background with a deep understanding of payment technologies, APIs, and integrations.
- 5+ years of experience in Saudi Market.
- **Skills**:
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools.
- Knowledge of payment ecosystems, including Aggregation, PSP, SoftPOS, and PG.
