Key Responsibilities:

- **Production Planning**:

- Create and maintain production schedules to meet order deadlines.
- Coordinate with sales and design teams to understand custom requirements.
- Plan for material procurement and ensure inventory is aligned with production needs.
- **Team Management**:

- Supervise carpenters, machine operators, and assembly line workers.
- Assign tasks based on expertise and monitor progress to ensure efficiency.
- Conduct regular training to maintain high skill levels among employees.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Ensure that every product adheres to design specifications and quality standards.
- Conduct inspections at various stages of production (cutting, assembly, finishing).
- Address and resolve any quality issues or defects promptly.
- **Process Optimization**:

- Identify opportunities to improve production workflows, reducing waste and costs.
- Implement lean manufacturing techniques tailored to the closet industry.
- Upgrade machinery and tools as necessary to improve productivity.
- **Material and Resource Management**:

- Oversee the procurement and usage of wood, laminates, hardware, and accessories.
- Monitor stock levels to avoid production delays due to shortages.
- **Safety and Compliance**:

- Ensure that the production floor complies with workplace safety regulations.
- Train staff on equipment handling and emergency procedures.
- **Collaboration with Stakeholders**:

- Work closely with designers to ensure feasibility of designs.
- Coordinate with installation teams for smooth handover of finished products.
