Account Manager
This is a full-time remote role for an Account Manager at IT Pillars. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, building strong relationships, and understanding client needs.
The role involves daily communication with clients, and coordination with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and achieve revenue goals.
- 0-2 years of experience in account management or a similar field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Act as the main point of contact in all matters relating to client concerns and needs
- Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients
- Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships
- Plan a monthly visit schedule to meet clients and discuss their requirements
- Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals
- Work with sales and other internal teams to develop strategic marketing plans and ensure KPIs are being met
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills
**Proficiency in English (written and spoken).**
**Ability to manage multiple clients and meet deadlines.**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ﷼1,500.00 - ﷼5,500.00 per month
