Fitness Club Operations Manager

- ** 10,000 - 11,000 SAR per month base salary (tax-free)**:
- ** Inclusive of housing, transport and health insurance allowances**
Our partner is re-writing the rule book and taking the Saudi Arabian fitness market by storm with innovative clubs in a premium setting. Due to their exciting and continued expansion plans, we are pleased to be supporting their search for ambitious and capable Club Operations Managers.
**Qualifications**:
- An experiential understanding of member service, health club operations, staff training and cost control are all perquisites.
- It is preferred that Operations Managers have some experience in leading multicultural teams and are certainly able to quickly gain the respect of both teammates and members quickly through highly authentic and professional behaviour and mannerisms.
- Working within a truly international team, the ability to work well within a matrix organization is appreciated, however more importantly; the confidence to take proactive control and lead from the front with little supervision is very welcome.
