**Role Overview**:
The Resilience & Security PMO Project Manager at DeepSource Technologies will be responsible for overseeing and managing projects related to resilience and security initiatives within the organization. This role encompasses strategic planning, execution, and resource management to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align project goals with organizational objectives, focusing on enhancing the security posture and operational resilience of the organization.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, execute, and manage resilience and security projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budgets, while effectively managing project risks and issues.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, track progress, and facilitate communication across teams.
- Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques to ensure successful project delivery.
- Prepare and present project status reports to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.
- Continuously assess project management processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

**Requirements**:
**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- 7+ years of project management experience, preferably in resilience, security, or IT-related fields.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a Master’s degree or relevant certifications (PMP, PRINCE2) is preferred.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects with diverse teams, focusing on resilience and security initiatives.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with varied stakeholders.
