**Role Overview**:
The Resilience & Security Program Manager (PMC) with DeepSource Technologies is pivotal in driving the organization’s resilience and security initiatives. This role focuses on developing, implementing, and managing programs that ensure operational continuity and cybersecurity resilience against emerging threats. The PMC will collaborate with various departments to assess risks, establish recovery plans, and foster a culture of resilience within the organization. This position requires strategic oversight, project management skills, and the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive Resilience & Security program that aligns with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct risk assessments and maintain a robust risk register, identifying vulnerabilities and implementing appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Create and oversee business continuity and disaster recovery plans, ensuring they are regularly tested and updated.
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing resilience and security initiatives, driving continuous improvement in security posture.
- Establish metrics and reporting mechanisms to monitor program effectiveness and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Foster a culture of resilience by developing training and awareness programs for employees and stakeholders.

**Requirements**:
**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- 10+ years of experience in program management or project management in cybersecurity or resilience-focused roles.
- Experience with developing and implementing business continuity, disaster recovery, and risk management programs.
- Relevant certifications such as PMP, CISSP, CISM, or equivalent preferred.
- Deep understanding of cybersecurity principles, risk management frameworks, and incident response.
- Proficient in project management tools and methodologies, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
