Construction Manager

Responsibilities:
- To manage and coordinate all on-site construction works to ensure your project is delivered on time.
- Hire, manage and maintain sufficient numbers of on-site staff including foreman, supervisors, general labor and other support staff
- Manage and coordinate the construction works in accordance with the master program and micro programs issued from time to time
- Produce short term programs and program status reports.
- Manage the supply of materials to siteManage the specialized trades and sub-contractors including contractual arrangements
- Manage the logistics for receiving off-site fabricated items
- Design input to the Project Managers for the most efficient and cost effective on-site construction procedures.
- Work closely with the Art Directors on the installation of themed elements and artistic finishes.
- Ensure all construction activities meet stringent Workplace, Health and Safety guidelines and regulations.
**Requirements: -**
- Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum 8 - 10 years relevant experience.
- Those without qualification but have more than 15 years site experience/similar capacity may apply.
- High Degree of initiative and independence with strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Technically inclined individual with good site quality control exposure.
Pay: ﷼20,000.00 - ﷼25,000.00 per month
