**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Installation and Commissioning**:
- Install and commission machinery and generator systems at client sites.
- Ensure all installations meet manufacturer specifications and safety standards.
- **Maintenance and Repair**:
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on machinery and generators.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
- Repair or replace defective parts using appropriate tools and equipment.
- **Customer Support**:
- Provide on-site technical support and training to customers.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:
- Maintain accurate records of all service activities, including maintenance logs, repair reports, and parts inventory.
- Prepare detailed service reports and communicate findings to the Service Manager and customers.
- **Compliance and Safety**:
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in machinery and generator servicing.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- **Experience**:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in servicing machinery and generators.
- Proven track record in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical systems.
- **Technical Skills**:
- In-depth knowledge of machinery and generator systems, including their components and operation.
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Familiarity with PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) and other control systems is a plus.
- **Soft Skills**:
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- **Other Requirements**:
- Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
- Valid driver’s license.
License/Certification:
- Saudi driving license (preferred)
