- Records and documents hardware/software problems, system crashes, actions and solutions on the technical database in the problem management system in order to facilitate the monitoring of trends, recurring issues and service delivery.
- Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and offer viable recommendations.
- Compile timely, comprehensive, and accurate reports as requested.

**Qualifications**:

- Training / certification (ITIL, MCSE, VCP, RCA).
- BSc degree in Electronics or Computer Science.
- Work experience as a Technical Support, Network Administrator or similar role.
- Training/Certification in IT certifications in Microsoft, or other network related fields.
