Whom should you be to succeed in this opportunity? Ideally, you would obtain superior communication skills, have a passion for people, and is able to connect with the various personalities of people. You would be the person who is willing to make the work of their life centered around supporting people to flourish on both personal and professional levels. You find fulfillment in working with others to help them understand their strengths and weaknesses then guide them to learn how to invest that knowledge of themselves to surprise the world with their achievements. Finally, you would have been in a position where you demonstrated success in leading people into a personal and collective growth journey within a fast-growing environment.
As People Manager, you would first establish a deep understanding of each team member at Marn via multiple one-to-one sessions and thorough 360 evaluations. You would connect with your people at Marn to become their best professional friend. Meanwhile, you will also work with Marn’s management to understand the company future needs. The knowledge you will obtain from this exercise will help you in shaping & executing a plan to ensure each team member is fulfilled at their work while they are developing toward their next career level at Marn. This will involve you leading continuous feedback sessions, company-wide alignment exercises, acting as a key holder of company culture, and becoming the wise counsel people refer to for a reality check.

The People Manager at Marn is the center of happiness where all pieces align together. Enhancing the flow of information across the entire company to make sure each individual is empowered to play a vital role in the growth of Marn will be a key role for you. The main goal of the People Manager at Marn is to drive company efforts to retain the team. That is possible for you via unlocking people's potential while guiding the manager-employee relationship to ensure everyone goes through the right amount of challenges. Certainly, you will have the full support of Marn’s management in your efforts toward your goal.

Marn is a technology company established in 2017. It was acquired by Jahez International Group recently. The company develops Point of Sale (POS) software integrated with payment services to provide a one-stop solution for businesses in F&B, Retail, Entertainment, and Services. Marn grew massively in the past two years and continues to accelerate the growth of its customer base.

**What You’ll Do**:
- Work closely with Marn’s executive management to understand the company’s future needs, vision, mission, and human capital needs to execute growth plans
- Establish strong effective relationships with all members of the company to understand the desires, needs, concerns, challenges, and capabilities of everyone then communicate this information to stakeholders to drive HR decisions
- Plan and execute projects for career development targeting teams and individuals collectively
- Continuously enhance alignment as the company grows via coordinating events, advising managers on giving feedback, and implementing technical solutions to scale our alignment efforts
- Lead office events to boost engagement and maintain a happy office environment
- Work closely with each manager to help them understand their team’s needs and support them plan and execute the next actions properly
- Manage recruitment and Human Resources teams as part of your job in satisfying company human capital needs
- You will lead the alignment efforts regarding all HR aspects with our parent company, Jahez Group
