**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and inspire a team of designers to deliver innovative and high-quality design solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design alignment with project objectives and client requirements.
- Develop and maintain design concepts, guidelines, and standards.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate them into design strategies.
- Present design concepts to clients, gathering and incorporating feedback.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers to foster their professional growth.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Design Director or similar leadership role in a creative agency or design firm.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Strong ability to think creatively and translate ideas into visually appealing designs.
- Proficiency in design software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate and advocate for design concepts.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of design projects.
- Experience in managing design teams and overseeing projects from conception to completion.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional design solutions.
