**Summery**

The Supply Chain Coordinator is responsible for managing order processing, vendor relations, inventory, logistics, and documentation in the supply chain.

**Responsibilities**
- Handle transportation and logistics for the movement of goods, ensuring cost-effective and timely deliveries.
- Prepare and manage required shipping, customs, and compliance documents.
- Actively manage supply chain issues such as delays, quality concerns, or quantity discrepancies.
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery and maintain proper record of the deliveries.
- Receive shipments and organize materials as they arrive and manage its deliveries to customer.
- Properly manage the inventory status of the warehouse and factory
- Add good received Note in system on the same day of item’s delivery.
- Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Monitor office expenditures and manage petty cash.
- Source and purchase items from local markets, ensuring the best quality and price.
- Any other duties or tasks as assigned by line Manager.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in Supply chain process.
- Proficiency in inventory management and basic financial analysis.
- Experience with inventory management software and procurement systems.
