Job Description: Shipment, Shipping, and Customs Clearance Supervisor

General Summary:
The Shipment, Shipping, and Customs Clearance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all shipping operations (sea, air, and land) and ensuring the accurate and efficient completion of customs clearance procedures. This role ensures that shipments arrive on time and in compliance with local and international regulations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Monitor shipment status from dispatch until final delivery.
- Coordinate with shipping companies and customs brokers to ensure timely processing and accurate documentation.
- Supervise customs clearance operations and ensure compliance with customs laws and regulations.
- Review invoices, bills of lading, letters of credit, and shipment documentation.
- Resolve any delays or issues related to shipping or customs clearance by coordinating with relevant parties.
- Prepare periodic reports on shipment movements and customs clearance operations.
- Oversee and guide staff or agents involved in shipping and customs clearance activities.
- Ensure proper documentation and record‑keeping of all shipment files according to company policies.
- Coordinate with internal departments (procurement, finance, warehouse) to facilitate delivery and receipt processes.

Required Qualifications:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in shipping, customs clearance, or logistics operations.
- Strong knowledge of customs laws and international shipping procedures (e.g., Incoterms).
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem‑solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and shipment tracking systems.
- English and Arabic proficiency is an added advantage.

Pay: ﷼4,000.00 - ﷼4,500.00 per month
