Business Performance Management

To ensure optimal performance management for all sales business units, by supporting sales and business unit through effective funnel management, accurate reporting, and efficient book distribution. The role also involves oversight on the commissions and fostering collaboration across departments to drive accountability, transparency, and efficiency in supporting the sales function
**Key Accountabilities**:
**1- Performance Reporting & Management**
- Oversee and manage the sales funnel to ensure data accuracy, segmentation, and cleanliness
- Provide regular and ad-hoc performance reporting's, highlighting key metric such retention rates lapsed lives and growth opportunities
- Analyse trend and variance in sales performance to identify risk and opportunities
- Oversee the design and enhance dashboards to support decision making for internal and external stakeholders
- Validate data integrity and ensure accurate documentation for audits and reporting
- Contribute to the identification of opportunities for conditions improvement off process and performance managed
- Oversee adherence to departmental policies and procedures
- Oversee the accuracy and reliability of outputs from team members
**2-** **Book Distribution and target allocation**:
- Oversee the distribution of renewal book to relationship managers and sales team
- Collaborate with regional directors to adjust targets based on trends forecasts and market insights
- track progresses of book performance and provide feedback to ensure accountability
- coordinate cross-regional distribution
**3-** **Communication**:
- Act as a key liaison between Sales stakeholders, Business Planning, Pricing, and other internal teams.
- Collaborate with Regional Directors and Budget Teams to ensure alignment on targets and commissions
- Identify inefficiencies in reporting processes and work with the Business Partner team to develop solutions.
**4- Budget & Commission**:
- Participate in the department annual budget cycle and process
- Collaborate with Regional Directors and internal Budgeting Teams to allocate sales targets across business units (SME, Corporate, Digital, Growth).
- Ensure targets are fair, aligned with business objectives, and adjusted as needed to optimize performance.
- Participate in budgeting discussions to align commission structures with financial plans.
- Manage Commission Schemes for all sales channels.
- Lead and develop all commission process and incentive calculations.
**6- People Management**:
- Manage, Guide and assist direct reports to perform their functional operations with set of Policies and Procedures
- Participate in identify and recurring key talent for the department
- promote a high-performance working environment embracing Bupa's Values
- drive collaboration across team to enhance efficiency and consistency
- Set clear team priorities and provide guidance to deliver high quality results
