As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

**Responsibilities**:- Lead the delivery of projects from inception through to completion, ensuring alignment with Qiddiya’s strategic objectives.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, and resource allocation.
- Oversee project execution, track progress, and report on performance to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with diverse teams to mitigate risks and resolve issues proactively.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and environmental considerations.
- Manage project budgets and forecasting, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Engage with contractors and suppliers to ensure effective project delivery.
- Foster relationships with stakeholders and communicate effectively throughout all project phases.
- Mentor and support junior project managers and team members.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in project management within the real estate or construction industry.
- Demonstrated experience managing large-scale projects successfully.
- Strong understanding of project management frameworks and methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with project management software and tools.
- Sound knowledge of industry regulations and safety practices.
- Ability to adapt to changing conditions and maintain focus on project objectives.
