Qiddiya Investment Company is at the forefront of delivering entertainment and leisure projects that redefine the experience in Saudi Arabia. We are seeking a Senior Project Director - Delivery who is passionate about overseeing the execution of high-impact projects in our entertainment sector. In this critical role, you will lead project delivery initiatives that ensure our ambitious plans are realized efficiently and effectively, working closely with an array of stakeholders.

**Responsibilities**:
Reporting into Senior Construction Director. Responsible and Accountable for;
1. Clear, Accurate, Focused & Integrated Project Execution Management for multiple earthworks and roads packages

2. Highly capable & experienced in Project Leadership & Execution. Able to know / learn QIDDIYA specific Systems (Planning & Project Controls). leading multiple project teams

3. Forecasting / Cost Management and other Financial/Cash Management software & systems. Highly computer & IT literate.

4. High level of commercial acumen

5. Updating Leadership Team and ED regularly with accurate Project Performance / Contract status of scope of works allocated.

6. Clear, Accurate and Focused Communication Skills in all forms.

7. Working closely and collaboratively with Development Team across Subdistrict to fully understand Scope, Integration of Scope, Risk.

8. Work closely & proactively support Procurement, Project Execution, Planning/Project Controls and support Contractors to safely and successfully Delivery Works.

9. Work proactively with Delivery Teams to support Project & Contract performance of works throughout Delivery Phase.

10.Work closely and proactively / positively with Delivery Partners at all times on all Project / HSEQ / Commercial / Contract matters.

11. Contribute and proactively mitigate in Risk & Opportunity Management for Delivery.

12. Lead team development and improvement

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Civil Engineering, or related field; a postgraduate degree is a plus.
- A minimum of 15 years of experience in project management space, with strong experience in large scale Earthworks/Roads programs
- Demonstrated experience in delivering complex, large-scale projects on time and within budget.
- Strong knowledge of project management best practices, tools, and methodologies.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, capable of managing diverse teams.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
- Expertise in risk management and conflict resolution strategies.
- Familiarity with regulations, compliance standards, and safety requirements pertinent to large-scale project delivery.
