**About the Role**
- To conduct / maintain configuration and control of the PDA’s in their possession for the Stock Count.
- To conduct “Stock Count” and “Store Assurance” activities for respective locations allocated and ensure completion as per the designed task and agreed SOP’s.
- To ensure that the documents / formats as required to be filled are completed, duly acknowledged for each locations visited.
- To ensure that the documents are filed and stored properly.
- Ensure that required documents / explanations are produced for issuing a “First Cut Variance Report”.
- Raise an alarm for all process gaps at “store / warehouse locations” leading to significant loss to the organization through inventory management
- Timely completion of the ‘Stock Count’ Assignments as per plan.
- Status of Stock Count Reconciliation results to be published every month end (for the number of locations being visited in respective months).
- Ensure that all “SA supervisor” gets appropriate allocation of the work and timely review and completion of the allocated work is ensured.
- Ensure that compliance work is reviewed on monthly basis and report the status of the compliance on monthly basis.
- Ensure that Stock Count Results / reconciliations are submitted on timely basis.
- Conduct a surprise visit every month and must be present for the warehouse location for special review
- Conduct investigations along with the team, whenever there is a requirement as per the Stock Count results.
- Raise an alarm on significant Stock Count Variances immediately (within 2 days from the date of identification).
- Raise an alarm for significant gaps across operations which would result in loss through inventory management
- Raise an alarm on FFSC - Change / Cancellation of the Stock Count
- Raise an alarm when highlighting major risk during “Store assurance visit”
- Conduct training for key stake holders on “Stock Count SOP
