We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager who can help us navigate the complexities of our financial landscape, ensure compliance, and promote fiscal responsibility within the organization. This role is perfect for someone with extensive finance expertise who can work in a flexible, freelance capacity while contributing to our ongoing success and growth in the MENA region.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee financial planning and analysis processes to ensure fiscal health and sustainability.
- Prepare and maintain financial reports including budgets, forecasts and financial statements.
- Collaborate with various departments to assess financial needs and implement cost-saving measures.
- Ensure compliance with local and regional financial regulations and standards.
- Manage cash flow and prepare financial projections to guide strategic decision-making.
- Identify and recommend enhancements to financial systems and processes to increase efficiency.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate potential financial risks.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or relevant certification is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance management or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance for the MENA region.
- Proficient in financial software and ERP systems; advanced Excel skills are essential.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data effectively.
- Strong communication skills to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- At least 35 years old
- Male
- Saudi or Egyptian
