**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's goals.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, producing detailed weekly and monthly reports.
- Supervise the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts, overseeing budgetary control processes.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards.
- Lead financial audits and manage relationships with external auditors and stakeholders.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making.
- Manage cash flow, ensuring financial stability and efficient capital management.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or CMA certification preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance management, preferably within the hospitality or manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems; experience with SAP or a similar platform is a plus.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to manage team dynamics and collaborate effectively.
- Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
