LCS Contract Manager - Middle East
Metso Saudia Arabia is looking for contract manager to LCS business operations. You would be developing and leading the business in ME region. We need someone understanding our customer business challenges and being able to transform this to Metso LCS service business growth. We expect you to know the minerals business, market, customers and Metso offering. Commercial experience in service business will be big plus. Your will be in Dubai or Riyadh.
Purpose of the job is to promote the service business growth in ME. Develop and test new business concepts in close co-operation with customers and Metso business lines teams. Keep Metso in forefront in bringing tailor-made business solutions and making them commercially viable.
Following requirements to manage the role
Strong business focus, providing innovative solutions. Understanding customer needs, value added approach.
Developing and managing existing LCS business. Growth plan implementation.
Manage and develop site business strategy. Make annual site plan/strategy to develop services continuously. Lead the plan execution at site.
Grow the business and profitability.
Develop business implementing new technology such as artificial intelligence, digital solutions. Expecting to come out with forward looking concepts.
Develop and build reporting structures and business KPI’s. Bench marking from the best in service business. Bringing in life cycle service concepts from other industries.
Basic requirements
Excellent service business understanding
Eager to learn and implement new technology and solutions
Innovative solution provider, active listener, able to turn challenges to business
Understanding of Metso service offering, team player connecting Metso global business lines to market area business development
Able to travel, spend time at customer sites
Technical competence
Commercial degree, service business experience
Ability to manage, motivate and control complex situations, changes and crises appropriately, excellent problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills, good English skills, both spoken and written
Collaboration and stakeholders
Able to connect with customer management
Cooperation LCS teams at the market area
Connecting to Metso MA and global teams
