**2. OVERALL JOB PURPOSE:
The Local Content OPEX Senior Specialist is responsible for optimizing the operational expenditure (OPEX) related to local content initiatives within the organization. This role involves ensuring that local content strategies are cost-effective, compliant with regulations, and contribute to the sustainable development of local industries. The Specialist will work closely with internal teams and external partners to maximize the efficiency of local content-related operations.

**3. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
**Qualification:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Management Information systems, Economics, or a related field.

2. Relevant certification in procurement, supply chain management, or local content development.

**Experience**:
5+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or local content development.

**Skills:
- Strong understanding of local content regulations and guidelines.
- Proficient in procurement spend analysis.
- Acute safety awareness and adherence to HSE regulations.
- Competent in interpreting financial data, regulations, codes, and relevant industry standards.
- Practical knowledge of procurement techniques and localization improvement strategies
- Sound knowledge of operational processes and procedures related to local content.
- Competent in using applicable financial and operational software systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
