**Job Function**
- Assigned as the key operations representative of certain operators and clients in the area. The Operations Coordinator is a tactical manager for Gyrodata Services and is established by Country Manager to ensure operations and support services have an impact to the regional plans.
- Coordinates Gyrodata’s services including Gyroscopic (Gyro) and Gyro While Drilling (GWD), businesses by meeting and exceeding client and industry expectations while maintaining strict compliance with Gyrodata policies and procedures and overseeing operation scheduling and planning.
- Supports management on operational efficiency, personnel, and service quality.

**Job Duties**
- PERSONNEL
- Serves as a mentor to Operations personnel assigned an operation under the coordinator’s authority, usually client specific or remote location.
- Coordinates and plans day-to-day activities and duties of field personnel, including job days, vacation days, sick days and performance reviews; conduct monthly job day reconciliation and resolve any discrepancies in an operation under the coordinator’s authority, usually client specific or remote location.
- Answer calls from field personnel, technical services and sales department as necessary to address questions or respond to emergencies within the duty phone roster.
- OPERATIONAL SERVICE QUALTIY
- Maintains strict compliance with Gyrodata policies and procedures and any local laws applicable.
- Ensures all scheduling of tools and personnel are mapped to Gyrodata planning and Ops Manager history.
- Coordinate appropriate equipment and personnel for timely delivery to client at the job site.
- Coordinate logistics of sending tools and equipment to and from job sites.
- Maintains certifications of equipment and personnel.
- Monitor non-conformance in product or service to the client and work with field personnel to correct.
- Collect logs and data from field personnel and format as appropriate for delivery to client; communicate with client as necessary to address questions or concerns.
- Works with larger OTS group or assigns staff to ensure proper SQ incident investigations are completed and reported to customers.
- ASSET MANAGEMENT
- Ensures operations is equipped properly to achieve business plans and meet customer expectations.
- Ensures tool utilization and maintenance is completed by field staff and all equipment is ready for upcoming jobs.
- Communicate with third party vendors regarding tools or equipment purchased, including any issues regarding timely delivery, technical requirements or other specifications.
- Maintains asset certifications, inspections and inventory levels.
- HSE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
- Ensures all pre-planning thru post-operations are complete to meet the client’s HSE requests.
- Works with larger operations group to ensure persons are competent and HSE certified to perform operations with client.
- Travel and attend meetings as necessary to perform job duties

**HSE Function**
- Comply with applicable safety standards and maintain a safe working environment.
- Establish and maintain a culture that emphasizes compliance with all health, safety and environmental standards and respect for co-workers, clients and community.
- Oversee and enforce compliance with environmental health and safety policies and procedures established by Gyrodata and any applicable local laws.

**QA Function**
- Ensures all operations are completed to the client’s expectations and requests.
- Works with Gyrodata Service Quality leads to ensure proper SQ incident investigations are completed with resolution and assurance of no reoccurrence.
- Comply with applicable quality assurance standards.
- Works with SQMS, GDMS and other Quality systems.

**Required Qualifications**
- Ensures all operations are completed to the client’s expectations and requests.
- Works with Gyrodata Service Quality leads to ensure proper SQ incident investigations are completed with resolution and assurance of no reoccurrence.
- Comply with applicable quality assurance standards.
- Works with SQMS, GDMS and other Quality systems.

**Preferred Qualifications**

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Management or related discipline from an accredited 4 year college or university.
- 10 years’ experience in oil and gas service sector.
