JOB SCOPE

The Shipping & Receiving Coordinator is responsible for supervising all operations and personnel within the shipping/receiving departments.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

- Assures that all orders are final inspected prior to shipment. **Prepares all shipping documents such as B/L.** Responsible for receiving all materials / commodities being delivered to IDS. **Processes receiving purchase order documents.** Schedules and coordinates all shipments and containers. **Coordinates with other departments on picking and packaging for shipment.** Maintains all shipping document files required. **Obtains quotations from freight forwarders and shippers for Operations.** Verify accuracy of freight invoices. **Coordinate with customer, schedule shipments, acknowledge orders and advise status on shipments.**

EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:

- Must have previous experience in shipping/receiving. **Must understand shipping terms/conditions.** General understanding of inventory control techniques. **Knowledge in product identification.** Ability to build trust and confidence with management. **Basic computer knowledge.** Must have training in MACOLA. **Must be trained in pertinent IDS Operations Manual procedures.** IDS Manufacturing Operations Personnel Training Requirements QA.TR.4.3.2.3-002.

**Salary**: ﷼7,000.00 - ﷼12,000.00 per month
