**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage all aspects of the delivery process for the Private Golf Luxury Resort, from initial planning through to successful completion.
- Coordinate with design, construction, and operational teams to ensure project milestones are achieved within budget and on schedule.
- Establish and enforce project quality standards and best practices to ensure exceptional deliverables.
- Engage with key stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and local authorities, to facilitate seamless project execution.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress and rectify any issues that may arise promptly.
- Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation and risk management strategies.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on project status, budget adherence, and timelines to senior management.

**Requirements**:

- Proven leadership capabilities and experience in managing large-scale development projects
- Extensive knowledge of construction processes, quality management systems, and best practices in the hospitality industry

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges
