**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage the delivery of residential projects from concept through to completion, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including design, engineering, and procurement, to develop and implement effective project strategies.
- Establish and enforce project delivery frameworks, quality standards, and methodologies that align with best practices.
- Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and local authorities, to facilitate successful project execution.
- Monitor project progress and performance, conducting regular site visits and reports to identify and mitigate risks and issues.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and safety requirements for residential developments.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- A minimum of 12 years of experience in residential project delivery, with a strong background in managing large-scale developments
- Proven leadership skills with experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects
- Strong understanding of construction and engineering processes, quality assurance, and project management practices
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a proven ability to engage with a range of stakeholders
- Proficient in project management software and methodologies
