Primary Responsibilities - To support Digital Enterprise Sales and COE team with all major end users and EPCs in KSA. - To be as a motivated team member with a positive attitude and have open communication among the Sales team. - Assist the DES sales and COE team members in managing visit schedules, responding to client inquiries, and ensuring timely follow-ups. - To ensure both internal and external communications are properly titled and addressed to the concerned stakeholders. - Coordinate and facilities order processing from receipt to delivery, ensuring accuracy and managing any necessary changes. - Support sales team with compilation of proposals, and other essential sales documentation. - To attend the sales weekly / monthly meeting to share info on accounts / issues / concern among the Sales team. Secondary Responsibilities - Sales Meeting & Site Coordination: Organize and prepare for sales meetings, including booking meeting spaces, arranging agendas (with support from front sales), and coordinating access requirements such as gate passes for client sites. - Event Coordination: Assist in organizing and coordinating sales events, trade shows, and solution demonstrations. Including marcom communication. - Sales Reporting: Support sales team in generating weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports for higher management. - Visa & Travel Arrangements: Provide administrative support for visa processing, travel bookings, and transport coordination for Yokogawa team members. Job Qualification - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science or IT related field (preferred) Experience - Up to 5 years in Saudi Arabia with focus on sales coordination, administrative support, or customer service. Job Skills - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). - Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Excellent presentation and communication skills.
