Job Responsibilities
The Sales Rep’s goal will be to generate leads and close new and repeat sales for the company’s products and services. He will be responsible for contacting potential customers, talking to them about products & services and closing the sales.
Key Responsibilities:
**1. Sales & Business Development**:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power generation construction, industrial maintenance sectors.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Conduct market research to understand client needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Generate leads, follow up on potential clients, and convert prospects into customers.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and technical presentations to clients.
**2. Client Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and technical issues promptly.
- Conduct regular client visits and site inspections to ensure customer satisfaction.
**3. Technical Expertise**:
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients, ensuring they understand the products and services offered.
- Work closely with the engineering and project management teams to develop customized solutions for clients.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, products, and technologies to provide clients with the most effective solutions.
**4. Project Coordination**:
- Monitor project progress, address any issues, and ensure client expectations are met.
**5. Reporting & Documentation**:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and project details.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates for management.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events as required.
**6. Skills & Qualifications**:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering OR B. Tech (Electrical, Mechanical & Industrial) or any related bachelor’s degree.
- Experience: Minimum of 0-2 years of sales experience in oil & gas, petrochemical, power generation, construction and industrial maintenance services.
- Skills: Strong technical knowledge, excellent communication and negotiation skills, proven ability to achieve sales targets.
- Self-starter - should be able to take initiative and perform his/her job independently after the job has been explained
- Language: Should have good written and verbal English language skills
- Location: Willingness to travel within the Eastern Region, Riyadh, and Jeddah as required.
