Program Manager, Professional Services

**This position is to be based out of our Riyadh office on a full time basis. Due to the nature of our customers business we are looking to recruit a Saudi national.**

**Description**
The Program Manager is responsible for ensuring from start to finish - the delivery of complex projects on time and according
to the negotiated Scope of Work. The Program Manager's is expected to manage a virtual team comprising; Customer
Contacts, Fortinet Sales, Professional Services and Technical Support to ensure a technically sound, financially profitable,
supportable implementation. The position requires an individual with exceptional negotiation, written and verbal
communication skills who follows a structured approach for implementing IT security solutions.
The Program Manager should have a background in business skills, management, budgeting and analysis.

**Responsibilities**:

- Builds strategic relationships to understand the needs and requirements of the customer's project.
- Manage the relationship with the customer and all stakeholders Develops, negotiates and builds a Scope of Work,

WBS and project schedules to match the needs of the project.
- Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities - ensures resource availability and allocation in

alignment with project plans.
- Works closely with all customer-facing Fortinet functions, including sales, operations, order management, support to

coordinate activities.
- Coordinates internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs Measure project

performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Manage escalations with all levels internally and externally to achieve success.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Effectively applies Fortinet's methodology and enforces project standards
- Minimizes Fortinet's exposure and risk on projects
- Determines appropriate revenue recognition, ensures timely and accurate invoicing, and monitors receivables for

project
- Accurately forecasts revenue, profitability, margins, bill rates and utilization
- Assures project legal documents are completed and signed
- Facilitates team and client meetings effectively
- Understands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully

- Solid technical background, with understanding of security and internetworking skills.

- Experience working with global enterprise, MSSP, carrier and governmental customers.

**Education**
- Bachelor's Degree in technical or management discipline and/or equivalent extensive work-related experience.
- PMP and/or PRINCE II certification
