**Requirements**:
Project Leadership & Execution:

- Lead and oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they align with the company's strategic goals.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, budgets, and risk management strategies.
- Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.

Client Relationship Management:

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong, positive relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Communicate regularly with clients to understand their needs, provide updates, and manage expectations.
- Negotiate and manage contracts, ensuring that all project deliverables meet or exceed client expectations.

Team Management:

- Lead, motivate, and manage project teams, including internal staff, contractors, and external partners.
- Ensure that project teams are fully engaged and that roles and responsibilities are clearly defined.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and professional development opportunities for team members.

Financial Management:

- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring that projects are delivered within financial constraints.
- Monitor cash flow and project expenditures, reporting on financial performance to senior management.
- Ensure timely invoicing and follow up on outstanding payments.

Reporting & Documentation:

- Prepare and deliver regular project status reports to senior management, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, schedules, budgets, and reports.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in project/program management, preferably within the consulting industry.
- Proven track record of managing multiple, complex projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello).
- Ability to manage budgets, resources, and cash flow effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Fluent in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus).
