Position Overview:
As a Sales Engineer specializing in 3D Printing and Additive Manufacturing Solutions, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our business by identifying and cultivating new business opportunities. You will work closely with our clients to understand their unique challenges and provide tailored solutions utilizing our advanced 3D printing technologies.
**Responsibilities**:
Technical Expertise:
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of 3D printing technologies, materials, and additive manufacturing processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings.
Client Engagement:
- Collaborate with sales teams to engage with potential clients, understanding their needs and proposing suitable 3D printing solutions.
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the capabilities of our 3D printing solutions.
Solution Design:
- Work closely with clients to analyze their production requirements and design customized 3D printing solutions that align with their objectives.
- Provide technical guidance and support throughout the sales cycle.
Sales Support:
- Assist the sales team in preparing and presenting technical proposals, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including R&D and engineering, to address client-specific needs.
Training and Support:
- Conduct training sessions for clients on the operation and maintenance of 3D printing systems.
- Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and address any technical issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales engineering, with a focus on 3D printing and additive manufacturing solutions.
- Strong understanding of 3D printing technologies, materials, and processes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Previous experience working with diverse industries such as automotive, healthcare, or consumer goods.
- Familiarity with CAD software and 3D modeling.
- Established network within the 3D printing and additive manufacturing industry.
