Our Human Resources Team provides HR support for client group Leaders, Managers and Employees on organizational and employee matters, as well as coaching, HR process expertise and other general HR activities.

In this role, you will provide support for your client group leaders, managers and employees requiring advice, coaching and support on Talent Acquisition activities.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Developing sourcing strategies based on business and region needs
- Delivering on Executive hires within the region
- Building relationships with business and functional leaders
- Owning regional Talent Acquisition KPIs, using metrics to ensure continuous process improvement and leading candid communication to drive accountability to business
- Developing and managing the agency preferred supplier list
- Leading and managing RPO relationship and delivery for region
- Leading key global and regional initiatives within Talent Acquisition such as Diversity & inclusion.
- Collaborating with HR colleagues for Workforce planning information, Total Rewards for salary trend analysis and Legal/Compliance for Employment law
- Providing guidance to the team and acting as a point of escalation for all Talent Acquisition issues
- Determining training needs and ensuring team is fully trained on Talent Acquisition system, process and compliance
- Partnering with Talent Acquisition leaders globally to deliver on specific global projects
**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college or equivalent experience
- Have a minimum of 8 years of experience in Talent Recruitment Service Delivery
- Have solid experience in Talent Acquisition Leadership, managing a team of recruiters and RPO
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills and demonstrate excellent leadership ability
- Have demonstrable experience in managing senior business stakeholders in a matrix organization
- Be capable of understanding, interpreting and presenting analytics and have problem solving skills
- Be fluent in English
- Have strong business acumen
