Supply & Logistics Instructor

Overview:
GovCIO is currently hiring for a Supply & Logistics Instructor to provide RSNF personnel training on techniques, processes, and procedures relating to Naval Supply and Logistics operations. This position will be located in Jeddah, KSA and will be an onsite position.

**Responsibilities**:

- Advanced Logistics Program Training
- COMPASS Familiarization Training
- Basic Supply Enlisted Training
- Advanced Supply Enlisted Training
- Basic Supply Officer Training
- Advanced Supply Officer Training
- Analyze RSNF Logistics, Supply, and Service Support training schedules, delivery methods, and standards to determine currency, relevance, and applicability to current training objectives
- Prepare and deliver reports, studies, briefings, and point papers containing findings/results to include recommendations to support improved RSNF Logistics and Supply processes
- Assist the RSNF with developing, modifying, and maintaining logistics technical publications
- Support and provide input to the RSNF ESS courseware development team to ensure training materials are current and updated
- Implement RSNF student critiques into RSNF ESS training materials, as required
- Prepare RSNF ESS Lesson Plans (LP) and ensure all Terminal and Enabling Objectives are effectively trained
- Utilize RSNF ESS Power PowerPoint presentations, Job Sheets, and visual aids to support the learning retention of RSNF students
- Administer and grade RSNF ESS tests and exams.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by RSNF ESS Program Manager and Operations Manager

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field AND 2-5 years experience instructing students in military programs.

Will consider military training certification and 5 years experience instructing students in military programs in lieu of degree.

Shall have professional knowledge of Navy Training Management theories, policies, principles, procedures, and techniques.

Shall be United States citizen (or NITAQAT).

Posted Pay Range

The posted pay range, if referenced, reflects the range expected for this position at the commencement of employment, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, education, experience, and internal equity. The total compensation package for this position may also include other compensation elements, to be discussed during the hiring process. If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the GovCIO reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, GovCIO or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

Posted Salary Range: USD $65,000.00 - USD $89,274.00 /Yr.
