Key accountabilities
Specific requirements
Duties and responsibilities include but may not be limited to the following:

- Demonstrable credentials as a leading Rail Infrastructure Subject Matter Expert.
- 10-15 years of experience working in direct rail infrastructure construction projects in a multi-location environment.
- Holds bachelor’s degree in engineering e.g., Civil engineering.
- Advanced knowledge of rail infrastructure project operations and project management.
- Professional membership in an international organisation is an advantage.
- Experience working with key stakeholders to drive decisions and meet key deliverables
- Reviewing and accessing the rail infrastructure project needs of all teams, identifying issues, proactively suggest solutions.
- Promotes a positive culture of safety and embrace NEOM core values
- Support client/PMC weekly meetings.
- Proficient in Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Ability to think both strategically and tactically with strong attention to detail and bias for action.
- Develop and provide action items to Project Management that will lead to successful implementation
- Identifying areas where technical solutions would improve progress/performance.
- Consulting across rail infrastructure project operations, providing mentorship, and contributing specialized knowledge.
- Proven interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal

Conducts studies to determine the most efficient sequence of operations and workflow by analyzing production costs, process flow charts, and production schedules.
