**Role Summary**:
The Lead Construction Engineer will oversee a large construction project, inspect project drawings and designs, manage project schedules and resources, and perform cost calculations. He will allocate resources to each of the project’s stages, and overseeing the engineering processes of the construction project.
**Position Location**: On Site; Eastern Province, KSA

**Primary Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Manage the planning and design stages of construction projects.
- Coordinate with other functional engineers to ensure correct implementation of the project construction specifications and standards.
- Plan, coordinate, and direct the construction work and Construction Subcontractor to meet all construction milestone dates.
- Prepare the construction plan to ensure the efficiency, quality, safety, and performance of construction to meet project objectives.
- Manage the planning and design stages of construction projects.
- Perform cost calculations and prepare financial projections.
- Prepare work schedules in collaboration with the project manager.
- Liaise between contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
- Oversee construction engineering processes.
- Perform regular tests on materials and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Ensure that the construction project stages are completed on time and within budget.
- Document processes and keep detailed construction logs.
- Present construction project progress updates to stakeholders.

**Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience.

- Buildings and the infrastructure industries and mega projects management.
- Leadership in managing projects and integrating them in an overall scheme.
- Demonstrated experience in managing and coordinating activities in-house, multi-licensors, and third parties.
