This role requires discretion and independent judgment in managing original designs, proficiency in standard architectural methodologies, and a thorough understanding of PMC procedures and technical requirements.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Conducts architectural design reviews under established design criteria to ensure conformance with the client requirements, basis of design, document standards, safety in design, constructability and technical provisions.

- Compliance with quality requirements and building codes.

- Shop drawings and construction technical submission reviews from contractors.

- Prepares related reports and documentation covering the PMC scope of works.

- Reviews CAD drawings, BIM models, renderings, layouts, study models, construction documents, and color boards prepared by consultant Architectural Designers.

- Ensures compliance with applicable codes, standards, and client requirements.

- Interfaces with contractors, supervision consultants and suppliers as required to ensure project needs are met.

- Coordinates work with engineering and construction teams at the project site.

- Reviews issues in detailed design, construction drawings, shop drawings and specifications prepared by others.

- Offers technical guidance to Architectural Designers / Engineers / Drafters working on the same project.

- Performs other responsibilities associated with this senior PMC position as needed.

**What Required Skills You'll Bring**:

- Bachelor’s degree in architecture (or equivalent) is required and typically 15+ years of Related Experience, or Master’s degree and typically 10+ years related experience.

- Professional registration is required at this level.

- PMC or Design Management experience preferred with international consultants, other related service providers or contractors working in luxury hospitality, high-end residential or F&B specialties.

**What Desired Skills You'll Bring**:

- Proficiency in CAD, BIM and other typical PC software packages typically associated with architectural design is also required.

- Design coordination management experience with multiple stakeholders and international consultants.

- Experience in dealing with large and complex client stakeholder relationships.
