We are hiring Category Manager for real estate company based in Riyadh. Applicant should be Graduate or Post Graduate with 5-6 yrs+ of experience in relevant warehousing real estate industry.
- Previous experience in real estate especially with warehouse development and leasing companies
- Additional experience could be on real estate consultancy, project management, development, sales & leasing is relevant for this job but must have data analysis or feasibility studies in the sector.
- Experience managing a team.
- Ability to learn fast. The manager will be given extensive training for managing the data collection process, GIS mapping, software techniques and machine learning.
- Post training, the manager will work closely with the management and with multiple teams across the world to:

- Meet various clients, collect feedback and manage client relationships.
- The applicant will be able to develop exceptional data handling ability and analysis skills. The real estate manager can have high growth path in the company. He / she can develop a comprehensive understanding of our data structure, collection process and end-use by the clients.

Pay: ﷼24,000.00 - ﷼25,000.00 per month
