We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Category Specialist - Makeup to join our dynamic marketing team. This critical role involves spearheading category development strategies, analyzing market trends, and driving sales growth for our makeup product line.

**Primary Responsibilities in Makeup Category Management**:

- **Category Strategy Development**: Develop and implement strategic plans to elevate the makeup category, enhance brand visibility, and drive sales performance.
- **Market Analysis**: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to inform product positioning and marketing strategies.
- **Product Selection and Merchandising**: Collaborate with product development and merchandising teams to curate a compelling and diverse makeup product portfolio.
- **Sales and Promotion Management**: Design and execute promotional campaigns and sales initiatives that align with seasonal trends and consumer buying behavior.
- **Vendor and Supplier Relations**: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to negotiate terms, ensure product quality, and optimize supply chain efficiency.
