**Your Role - International, Challenging and Future-Oriented**
As a Business Administrator at Digital Industries, you will be responsible to manage commercial and financial aspects of our ‘Customer Services’ in Saudi Arabia. It includes:
- Review of offer calculations, LoA documents, bidding documents from commercial perspective
- Customer creation through GMDM tool.
- Continuous involvement in projects to monitor and report risks, opportunities and financial KPIs (Revenue, Profit, Cash flow) including but not limited to monthly project reviews
- Commercially process, manage and complete execution of product / service orders including but not limited to preparing backups (time sheets / delivery notes) to invoice
- Regular project related financial and accounting activities such as billing, reviewing and adjustment of planned cost, committed cost, accruals, etc.
- Ensuring correct booking of orders, revenue, cost, and accruals
- Submitting invoices to customers or uploading in customer portals
- Monthly receivables update
- Preparing productivity reports of service engineers and project managers in Time live tool.
- Cashflow planning including customer negotiations in close coordination with Sales / PM
- Monthly rolling forecast for Service business for key financial KPIs
- Process improvements in the customer service segment with a focus on commercial part
- Prepare and participate in monthly business reviews
- Preparation of mid-term calculation sheets for project business
- Resolving open balance sheet items to ensure correct financial reporting
- Preparing PR’s for DI requirements (indirect material, pooled services, events and fixed assets)
**Your Qualifications And Skills - Digital And Solid**
- Graduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent from a reputable institute
- User knowledge of SAP is mandatory (Sales & Logistics module)
- IFRS-15 knowledge will be considered as an advantage
- 5+ years working experience in sales & commercial project management in a multinational company, preferably in Electrical & Electronics Industry
- 3+ year experience of team leadership in finance / commercial environment
- Basic knowledge of Saudi VAT laws and regulations
- Excellent communications skills
- Strong analytical skills, problem solving and strategic thinking
