The employee will possess strong Administration role, collaborative and leadership qualities, direction and pivotal support to KSA Admin in All Admin Task -& Emerson Employees.
The Business Administrator need to have full energy and to provide all admin tasks services to Emerson Saudi to provide and support all admin tasks and for all Business unites and to deliver good feedback from all Emerson employees.
**Your role responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following**:
- Maintains a high level of knowledge and expertise in all areas of the admin.
- Responsible for maintaining Petty cash record and to submit report for finance.
- Will be handling all receptionist reasonability’s in case of receptionist absent.
- Tracking Expitation of all Company Document in KSA by monitoring issue and renewal (as required) SAGIA,CR,Civil Defence,Industrial licence,etc.
- Responsible to type and print all subcontract and do all required attestation.
- Issue and help all Business units to issue certificate of Origen for export.
- Arranged and record Monitoring DTV seating plan and do all required update.
- Ability to work with Facility Manager and support the facility.
- Letter of Invitation - for non-Saudi visitors.
- Responsible to take management approval for food Catering in case any training.
- Car lease arrangement and to work with finance to issue P.O.
- Responsible for all car lease record, Safety record, documentation, coordination, approval.
- Registration and follow up with Saudi post office.
- Issue DTV gate pass for all Emerson DTV employees/Interns/Contractors with record.
- Flight arrangement for Emerson VVIP visitors from US and airport transportation coordination.
- Holding chamber of commerce accounts for attestations with record.
- Managing & providing the stationery for all Emerson DTV employees.
- Managing & ordering the company letterheads and stamps.
- Coordinating for flights, hotel & transportation booking for new employees.
- Managing & ordering facility items (Food, cleaning, stationery).
- Requesting for documents translations.
- Coordinate & support the company events
