**Business Analyst (OnSite)**

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Business Requirements Gathering and Analysis**: Conduct in-depth business process analysis, identify improvement opportunities, and elicit, document, and validate business requirements through various techniques.
- **BI Solution Design**: Develop detailed functional and non-functional requirements for BI solutions. Create data models, process flows, and other relevant documentation to support the design process.
- **BI Development and Implementation**: Collaborate with IT teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications for BI development. Support the implementation and deployment of BI solutions.
- **Change Management**: Manage change requests, assess impacts, and communicate changes to stakeholders.
- **Stakeholder Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure alignment with BI solutions.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the telecom industry,
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a deep understanding of data analysis and modeling techniques.
- Basic knowledge of data warehousing and ETL processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with telecom billing systems and CRM platforms.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and BI development lifecycles.

Certifications in data analytics (e.g., certifications from Tableau).
