**About the Role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify target audiences, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Analyze market data to gain insights into customer behavior and preferences.
- Brand Management: Develop and maintain a strong brand identity and messaging.
- Oversee brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels.
- Collaborate with designers to develop engaging visuals and multimedia content.
- Event Planning and Execution: Coordinate and execute marketing events, webinars, and trade shows. Manage event logistics, including budgeting, vendor selection, and attendee registration.
- Campaign Management: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns to promote products or services. Monitor campaign performance and make necessary adjustments to optimize results.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and design teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives. Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or equivalent
- Excellent knowledge of the marketing techniques and tools like Google Analytics and Web Trends
- Familiarity with Social media management tools
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in Digital Marketing industry
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- A team player as well as having the ability to work independently
- Ability to work under pressure and in a competitive environment
- Excellent copywriting skill
